Loop Library

• When downloading user list csv from User Management page within the Loop Library, users will see a toast notification confirming download

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bad call to setHideSidebar. Now all calls are updated to use the API.updateSetting method, resulting in no bad calls.

• Fixed error with csv download of users so that columns are formatted correctly
